Shipping policy

 

We deliver products to absolutely anywhere in South Africa. Our products are dispatched via courier Monday through Friday.

What are your shipping rates?

Shipping rates, postage and courier rates are applied per order according to the area and size of the order. These are calculated online. Orders over R2500 are not charged a courier fee.

Please note: We do not take any responsibility for undelivered parcels due to your data entry error. Should the courier charge increase due to this, you will need to cover that cost.

Can you post my order?

We do not ship to PO Boxes - we can only ship to physical addresses as we use a express courier service.

Can I collect my order?

If you would like to collect your order, simply choose that option at checkout. Once your order is ready for collection, you will be contacted. Our address for collection is 73 Acutt Avenue, Durban North. 

What happens if the courier attempts delivery and I am not available?

If the courier is unable to deliver your package they will return it to the nearest depot for collection or attempt delivery a second time- This is regarded a re-delivery and will be charged to you. Should you fail to accept delivery after a second attempt for whatsoever reason, the courier will return your order to our warehouse. You will then be liable for any costs incurred to resend your order to you.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We endeavour to process all orders within 1 business day. Some products that have decorative pots are made especially for each order so please allow 2-3 days extra for the plant to be potted and glue to set. 

Fibreglass products have a lead time of 7-10 working days and steel products have a lead time of 15 working days.

Once your order is dispatched, shipping takes between 1-6 business days, depending on your location. Please let us know if your order is URGENT and we will make every possible effort to meet your deadline.
