Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Plant Couture. We endeavour to supply the highest quality products to our customers. In the event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase you are able to return it within 7 calendar days.


Returns

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging.
  • Your item must be resalable on receipt.
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

What is the process for returning a product?

We want to make the returns process as easy as possible. 

 

  • Email info@plantcouture.co.za to advise us that you wish to return your item/s. If anything is damaged, please send photographs with your email.
  • Upon receipt of your email, we will liaise with our courier for the collection of the item/s.
  • You will be notified regarding the courier collection details.
  • Your item/s will be collected.
  • Upon receipt of the returned item/s, they will be examined to ensure that they have been returned in a saleable condition.
  • The return courier fee will be deducted from your credit.
  • Your credit will be processed and a confirmation sent to you.



What is the process if I receive the wrong item or an item is damaged?

We take great care in packaging and packing our products but in the event that you wish to return goods because they are damaged in transit OR an incorrect product has been received, please inform us immediately. Returns due to damage in transit or non-conformity with your order, will only be accepted if we are notified within 24 hours of delivery. In this event, Francisco Plant Couture will pay for the ship-to and return-shipping, postage or courier costs. 

If the product is confirmed faulty/defective by the Company, we will then send you a replacement at no extra cost and refund you of the shipping fee you incurred.


Can I cancel an order before it is sent?

As most of our products are made to order, you may only cancel an order at the sole discretion of Francisco Plant Couture. If you have submitted an order and wish to cancel, please email info@plantcouture.co.za or call our office on 031-572-6781 as soon as possible. Should we agree to the cancellation, a cancellation fee of 35% will apply.


How long will my refund take?

Once your returned item/s have been examined and we are satisfied with their condition, your refund will be processed within 5 working days.
